2. Pricing & Billing

Pricing is based on our current rate structure, which may include:

  • Per diem

  • Mileage

  • Lodging

  • Emergency, weekend, or holiday rates

Final charges will be reflected on your invoice.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment via:

  • Credit/debit card

  • ACH/bank transfer

  • Online invoice payments

Late payments may result in work delays, service interruptions, or collection efforts.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Emergency or same-day cancellations may incur charges for:

  • Travel time already performed

  • Lodging already booked

  • Costs already incurred

We aim to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

5. No Warranties on Equipment

We do not guarantee or warranty customer-owned equipment, machinery, or components.
Our work focuses on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance based on the condition of the equipment at the time of service.

All services are provided “as-is” based on technician findings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Automation & Engineering is not liable for:

  • Equipment failures

  • Production downtime

  • Loss of revenue

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe working conditions

  • Notify us of hazards or special procedures

  • Ensure access to equipment

  • Follow safety guidelines

  • Provide accurate information

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe work conditions.

8. Intellectual Property
