GC Automation & Engineering (GCAE) provides industrial field service, diagnostics, and automation support for production and distribution facilities across Texas and surrounding states. We specialize in troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems, packaging machinery, conveyor equipment, and low-voltage controls in high-demand operational environments.

Founded by Gilbert Chun, a U.S. Navy–trained Electronics Technician with extensive industrial field experience, GCAE brings disciplined technical execution and a systems-level understanding of production operations. After military service, Gilbert transitioned into industrial automation and field service, supporting mission-critical equipment across manufacturing and logistics facilities.

GCAE has hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment, including Ishida multi-head weighers, Triangle baggers, automated packaging systems, conveyor systems, motors, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial control panels. This background allows us to identify root causes quickly and understand how upstream and downstream processes interact — minimizing repeat failures and unnecessary downtime.

Our services include emergency response, fault diagnostics, corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, and temporary technical coverage when internal maintenance resources are limited.
